Gilead Yeffett UKCP

Gilead is an accredited and practising psychotherapist and a graduate of the Gestalt Centre. He brings with him his experience in managing teams in international settings and his practice with psychology and Gestalt psychotherapy. Gilead joined the Board of Trustees in 2017 and has worked to grow and develop the centre ever since. Gilead’s particular interests are Board diversity and inclusion and the further development of the Gestalt Centre alumni community.

Jason ‘Jae’ Sloan

Jae is an organisational development consultant, executive coach and mentor with expertise in business strategy, performance, inclusion and diversity, leadership and change. Jae has 20 years’ experience working with a range of organisations in the corporate and education/non-profit community sectors. They hold an NTL Organisational Development certification and are an APECS Certified Professional Executive Coach. As an out queer (non-binary, gay) person, Jae has an interest in leadership in inclusion and diversity with an emphasis on LGBTQ+. They are a Co-Founder and current Co-Chair of the Proud Science Alliance, working to increase LGBTQ+ inclusion in the healthcare and life sciences sector.

Sean Arnold

Sean is an accredited business coach, working with senior executives on their career plans. He brings to the Board of Trustees his experience working with a range of organisations and board of directors, internationally, for over 25 years. Sean is intrigued by the way organisations behave – how people interact, employ power and influencing dynamics and work together to make and implement decisions. Alongside his role as a Gestalt Centre Trustees, Sean is a Trustee & Secretary of Friends of Alzheimer’s Disease International.

Franki Hackett

Franki Hackett is an experienced finance and technology leader working in the private sector and maintaining an academic sideline researching country-by-country tax reporting and open databases.​ Franki is involved in multiple transnational audit, tax, and public finance initiatives and is an active school and charity trustee as well as sitting on the ICAEW Ethics Advisory Committee as well as the Data Analytics Community Group.

Franki is a member of the Institute for Chartered Accountants England and Wales (ICAEW), and holds a Master’s degree in Political Theory from the University of Leeds and an undergraduate degree in Politics, Philosophy, and Economics from the University of Oxford.​

Caroline Hattersley MEd MIoD

Caro is the CEO of Relate London, North, East and Essex. She is a member of the Institute of Directors with over 25 years’ experience working nationally and internationally in a wide range of settings with vulnerable and marginalised groups and communities, with children, young people and adults. She is a recognised international expert on safeguarding, sexual exploitation and violence, trauma, and autism.

As a published writer and researcher, she writes and speaks regularly on mental health, relationships, sexual violence, autism and neurodiversity, complex trauma, contextual safeguarding, liminality, self-harm and suicide.

Caro was widowed in 2019 and is active as part of a peer support charity to support other young widows. She serves as a Board Member of the European Freedom Network, is a trustee of PACT, and is the Chair of the steering group for Caritas Westminster’s’ Safe in Faith Initiative.

Caro is currently the Chair of the Gestalt Centre Trustees Board.

Amy Lee

Amy is a hypnotherapist with a master-level certificate in Hypnosis and Psychotherapy. She is a member of the National Council for Hypnotherapy, the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council, the National Society of Talking Therapies and the Association of NLP. Trained at the Gestalt Centre on the Gestalt in Organisations and Group Facilitation programmes, she is fascinated by the integrative nature of Gestalt therapy and its many applications in a variety of contexts. Amy has a background in marketing and linguistics and is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Linguists. She brings to the Gestalt Centre Board of Trustees, her experience in marketing and leadership.
