Dinaz Trudeau MSc, FHEA

Dinaz has over 15 years of experience as a manager in UK Higher Education. During this time she has led work in areas such as degree programme development, academic quality assurance, and initiatives to improve the student experience and successfully obtained Fellowship of the Higher Education Academy. Dinaz maintains an interest in psychology and its many applications after completing an MSc in Organisational Psychology.

Gilead Yeffett UKCP

Gilead is an accredited and practising psychotherapist and a graduate of the Gestalt Centre. He brings with him his experience in managing teams in international settings and his practice with psychology and Gestalt psychotherapy. Gilead joined the Board of Trustees in 2017 and has worked to grow and develop the centre ever since. Gilead’s particular interests are Board diversity and inclusion and the further development of the Gestalt Centre alumni community.

Jason ‘Jae’ Sloan

Jae is an organisational development consultant, executive coach and mentor with expertise in business strategy, performance, inclusion and diversity, leadership and change. Jae has 20 years’ experience working with a range of organisations in the corporate and education/non-profit community sectors. They hold an NTL Organisational Development certification and are an APECS Certified Professional Executive Coach. As an out queer (non-binary, gay) person, Jae has an interest in leadership in inclusion and diversity with an emphasis on LGBTQ+. They are a Co-Founder and current Co-Chair of the Proud Science Alliance, working to increase LGBTQ+ inclusion in the healthcare and life sciences sector.

Sean Arnold, Gestalt Centre Trustee

Sean is an accredited business coach, working with senior executives on their career plans. He brings to the Board of Trustees his experience working with a range of organisations and board of directors, internationally, for over 25 years. Sean is intrigued by the way organisations behave – how people interact, employ power and influencing dynamics and work together to make and implement decisions. Alongside his role as a Gestalt Centre Trustees, Sean is a Trustee & Secretary of Friends of Alzheimer’s Disease International.
