Brian Wagenbach (he/him) registered MBACP counsellor. I know life is full challenges, at times leaving us feeling hurt, vulnerable or just plain stuck. I can help you to work through what feels difficult right now, including coming to terms with change or loss. My approach to counselling is healing and support come through exploring our relationships and how we make sense of our world. In exploring relationships, we look at what helps you and how you may have become used to responding in ways that no longer feel right. Sometimes, our approach to dealing with situations can become fixed, leading to beliefs about ourselves and others that get in the way of being understood or finding what we want in life.
